Digital Experience Terms

Draft pending final legal review. This document describes the nature of the OneMeterLand digital experience and supplements, without replacing, the general Terms of Service.
These Digital Experience Terms ("Digital Terms") specifically govern the purchase and use of digital cells, LandBalance, Founder cards, clans, and other progression elements within the OneMeterLand platform (the "Platform"), operated by Quantum Seed LLC.
By activating a digital cell, purchasing a Founder card, or using any progression feature of the Platform, you agree to these Digital Terms in addition to the general Terms of Service.
1. What the digital experience is
OneMeterLand is a gamified digital territory progression experience. Users activate digital cells, accumulate LandBalance, join clans, and advance through levels within a digital territory map inspired by real-world locations.
The digital experience is not an investment product, not a financial instrument, and not a real-estate transaction.
2. What you buy
When you make a payment on the Platform, you are buying:
- digital access to one or more cells within the OneMeterLand digital territory map
- the LandBalance associated with that cell, an internal progression metric of the Platform
- where applicable, the benefits and badges associated with your level or Founder card (see Section 5 and the Promotions & Benefits Policy)
You are not buying physical land, a property title, a deed, a legal fraction of real property, a financial security, or any form of real-estate ownership right.
3. What LandBalance is
LandBalance is an internal progression metric of the Platform. LandBalance:
- has no fixed monetary value
- is not money, cryptocurrency, a tradable token, or a financial instrument
- cannot be redeemed directly for cash
- does not guarantee access to real land or to ReaLand Auctions opportunities
- may be used to unlock levels, badges, and benefits within the Platform, subject to the rules in effect at the time
4. Digital nature of cells
Digital cells are representations within the OneMeterLand digital territory map. They do not constitute a legal land subdivision, do not appear on any property registry, and do not transfer rights over real property.
5. Levels, Founder cards, and clans
Levels, Founder cards, and clans are progression and community features within the Platform. The ability to name a digital territory or create a clan depends on each user's level or Founder tier, as described on the Platform at the time of purchase.
These elements are digital and status-based within the ecosystem; they do not constitute property, corporate membership, or equity participation of any kind.
6. Relationship to ReaLand Auctions
ReaLand Auctions is a separate, independently operated platform dedicated to real real-estate opportunities. Certain LandBalance levels or Founder status may grant eligibility to request access to ReaLand Auctions, but that eligibility does not constitute a purchase, reservation, or guarantee of acquiring real land.
Any real land acquisition requires a separate contract, real payment, documentation, and legal closing under applicable law, entirely separate from these Digital Terms.
7. Final nature of digital purchases
Digital product purchases are generally final upon delivery of digital access, except as set out in the OneMeterLand Refund Policy.
8. No guarantee of future progression
Quantum Seed LLC does not guarantee the continued availability of specific levels, badges, future benefits, or any particular evolution of the Platform. Features may be modified, expanded, or discontinued with reasonable notice.
9. Changes to these Digital Terms
Quantum Seed LLC may update these Digital Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Digital Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Digital Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
