Total clarity. Understand exactly what you buy, what you don't, and what LandBalance means.

What OneMeterLand is

A digital territory progression experience

You activate digital cells, build LandBalance, join clans and conquer digital representations of territories connected to real places. It is not real estate, not a pure video game, not a speculative project.

What you buy / what you don't

No fine print

  • Real land, deeds or titles
  • Real estate or property ownership
  • An investment, security or equity
  • Economic participation or revenue share
  • A guaranteed right to real land
  • A financial return or appreciation
What LandBalance is

A metric, not money

LandBalance opens doors. It does not buy land. It has no fixed monetary value and cannot be used as a direct payment method.

What LandBalance IS
  • A metric of progress and status
  • A way to unlock ranks and badges
  • Eligibility for special experiences
  • A way to qualify for separate opportunities

  • An investment, token or security
  • A fixed monetary value
  • Redeemable, transferable or cash-out
  • A payment method for real land
Territories & ReaLand Auctions

Digital and real, kept separate

Territories connected to real places are digital representations inspired by real locations — not fractions of real property.

ReaLand Auctions is a separate platform for real real-estate opportunities. Some users, eligible by LandBalance, may request access to auctions or group purchases. Any real acquisition requires a separate contract, real payment, documentation, legal closing and a recorded deed.

Risks

Real land (on ReaLand Auctions) may carry restrictions, taxes, lack of utilities, limited access, closing costs, local regulations and other risks. Participation decisions are voluntary.
