Promotions & Benefits Policy

This Promotions & Benefits Policy describes how progression levels, Founder tiers, badges, and other benefits work within the OneMeterLand platform (the "Platform"), operated by Quantum Seed LLC.

1. Nature of benefits

Platform benefits — including, without limitation, level badges, community channel access, digital territory naming rights, clan creation rights, early feature access, and eligibility to request access to ReaLand Auctions — are digital and status-based benefits within the ecosystem.

These benefits do not constitute guaranteed monetary value, financial products, securities, corporate equity, or a promise of economic return.

2. Tier- and level-specific benefits

The specific benefits associated with each user level and each Founder tier (Pathfinder, Trailblazer, Vanguard, Legacy) are described on the corresponding Platform page at the time of purchase. The description in effect at the time of the transaction is the one that applies to the buyer.

3. Eligibility and limited supply

Some Founder tiers and promotions have a limited supply (a maximum number of units per tier). Once a tier's supply is exhausted, it becomes unavailable for new purchases; users who already acquired it retain the benefits of their purchase.

Promotions, limited-time discounts, or progression incentives shown on the Platform are subject to availability and may change or end without notice, unless a specific effective date is stated.

4. Naming rights (territory and clan)

The right to name a digital territory or create a clan is available only to the Founder tiers that expressly include it, as validated server-side at the time of the request. This right is digital and cosmetic in nature within the OneMeterLand territory map; it transfers no legal right over real property.

5. No guarantee of future value

Quantum Seed LLC does not guarantee that current benefits, badges, or levels will retain their present form, availability, or relevance in the future. The Platform may modify, expand, rename, or discontinue benefits and levels with reasonable notice to affected users.

6. ReaLand Auctions eligibility

Certain LandBalance levels or Founder status may grant eligibility to request access to ReaLand Auctions, a separate, independently operated platform. This eligibility is an access benefit, not a purchase, reservation, or guarantee of acquiring real land. Any real acquisition requires an entirely separate process, contract, and payment.

7. Misuse

Quantum Seed LLC reserves the right to suspend or revoke benefits obtained through fraudulent activity, abuse of the promotions system, or violation of the Terms of Service or the Digital Experience Terms.

8. Changes to this Policy

Quantum Seed LLC may update this Policy periodically. Significant changes affecting already-acquired benefits will be communicated to users with reasonable notice.
