Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which Quantum Seed LLC offers refunds for digital purchases made on the OneMeterLand platform (the "Platform"): digital cells, Founder cards, and other digital progression products.

This policy applies only to digital purchases made on OneMeterLand. It does not apply to transactions made on ReaLand Auctions, a separate platform with its own payment, deposit, and closing terms.

1. 14-day refund window

You may request a full refund of an eligible digital purchase within 14 calendar days of the transaction date, provided the conditions in Section 2 are met.

After the 14-day window has passed, the purchase is considered final and is not eligible for a refund, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Eligibility conditions

For a refund request to be processed, all of the following must apply:

• the request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the purchase
• the request is submitted from the account or email associated with the original purchase
• the purchase was made directly on the Platform through a supported payment method
• the LandBalance associated with the purchase has not been used to unlock a level, badge, or benefit that has already been redeemed, transferred, or permanently recorded (for example, naming a territory or creating a clan)

OneMeterLand reserves the right to review each request individually where there are indications of misuse, abuse of the refund system, or fraudulent activity.

3. Non-eligible purchases

The following are not eligible for a refund:

• purchases where LandBalance has already been used to unlock territory or clan naming rights
• purchases made more than 14 calendar days ago
• free or promotional purchases with no monetary charge
• cases of reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, or system manipulation

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window, contact info@onemeterland.com with the email address of your account, the approximate purchase date, and the reason for your request.

Requests are generally confirmed within a reasonable time. Once approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method; the time for the amount to appear depends on the user's bank or payment processor.

5. Effect of a refund on LandBalance

If a refund is approved, the LandBalance and any digital access associated with the refunded purchase will be removed from the user's account.

6. ReaLand Auctions

Purchases, deposits, or payments related to real opportunities on ReaLand Auctions are governed by their own payment and closing terms, independent of this policy.

7. Changes to this Policy

Quantum Seed LLC may update this Refund Policy periodically. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to that transaction.
