Founder Subscription Terms

These Founder Subscription Terms ("Subscription Terms") govern the OneMeterLand recurring digital membership (the "Membership"), operated by Quantum Seed LLC. They supplement, without replacing, the Terms of Service and the Digital Experience Terms.

1. Nature of the Membership

The Founder Subscription is a recurring digital community membership granting access to community experiences, digital progression, founder recognition, exclusive content, cosmetic rewards, events, and participation in selected initiatives.

The Membership is not a purchase of land, a security, an investment contract, a real estate product, a guarantee of profit or appreciation, or automatic access to any real-world property transaction.

2. Recurring billing

The Membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis to the user's payment method, at the selected tier's rate, until the user cancels. The first charge occurs at checkout and subsequent charges on each renewal date.

3. Founder Price Lock

As long as the Membership remains continuously active, the user keeps their original price even if rates increase in the future. If the user cancels, the Founder Price Lock ends; if they return later, they rejoin at the then-current price.

4. Founder Streak and Legacy Milestones

Founder Streak measures the continuous tenure of an active Membership. Legacy Milestones and their rewards are cosmetic, commemorative, and community-based; they have no monetary value, cannot be sold or transferred, and represent no economic rights.

If the user cancels, they lose the Founder Price Lock and Founder Streak continuity. The user keeps already-unlocked commemorative rewards unless otherwise stated; upon reactivation, the streak and Price Lock begin anew.

5. Cancellation

The user may cancel at any time from their account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to benefits remains until the end of the already-paid period, unless otherwise stated.

6. Plan changes

The user may upgrade or downgrade tiers from their account. Billing proration follows the payment provider configuration.

7. Refunds

Membership refunds are governed by the OneMeterLand Refund Policy. Already-unlocked digital collectibles and commemorative rewards have no monetary value and are not independently refundable.

8. Content and benefits

Tier-specific benefits are described on the Platform at the time of purchase and governed by the Promotions & Benefits Policy. Quantum Seed LLC may modify, expand, or discontinue benefits with reasonable notice.

9. Separation from real-land projects

No Membership benefit constitutes automatic access to ReaLand Auctions or real property projects. Any real property transaction is offered separately, with independent eligibility, documents, disclosures, and closing.

10. Governing Law and Contact

These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
