Partner Program Terms

These Partner Program Terms govern participation in the OneMeterLand Partner Program (the "Program"), operated by Quantum Seed LLC. They supplement the general Terms of Service.

1. Nature of the Program

The Program is a commercial sales and brand-representation opportunity. It is not an investment, not a guarantee of income, not a purchase of land, not a recruitment scheme, and not a financial product. Any earnings depend solely on the partner's attributable direct sales.

2. Levels and payments

There are three levels: Explorer, Territory and Certified. Each requires a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly subscription. Founder pricing applies while available; regular pricing applies thereafter.

3. Commissions

Commissions are earned only on direct sales attributable to the partner's code or link. There is no recurring commission for recruiting other partners. Commissions on refunded sales are cancelled. Commission payouts follow the Commission Policy.

4. Brand use

The partner may use the brand only within approved Brand Guidelines. They may not modify official materials, prices or commercial messaging, run paid brand ads without approval, or legally represent the company.

5. Prohibited conduct

The partner may not present OneMeterLand as an investment, financial product, get-rich-quick scheme, purchase of real land, automatic real-estate ownership, or promise guaranteed income.

6. Territory

Territorial representation (Territory/Certified) may be non-exclusive or semi-exclusive per internal approval and subject to minimum activity and sales goals.

7. Cancellation and refunds

The partner may cancel their monthly subscription from their account. Refunds follow the Refund Policy applicable to the Program. Cancellation may end Founder pricing.

8. Termination

Quantum Seed LLC may suspend or terminate participation for breach of these Terms, brand or communication policies, or fraudulent conduct.

9. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
